Stakeholders and participants agree to hold the organization harmless, acknowledging that our mission is built upon mutual trust, respect, and shared accountability.”
Intellectual Property: “Participants retain ownership of their individual creative designs. By submitting content, participants grant FashionFad a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, and showcase such works for the purpose of non-profit promotion and educational impact.”
