FashionFad was founded by Francis Fagjot John, PhD, following two decades of dedicated, compassionate, and successful work with individuals with disabilities across multiple continents. This lifelong commitment—documented in the Amazon-published book Baby Steps to Aging Practice—serves as the bedrock of our organization.

FashionFad is the realization of a rare and ambitious dream: to create a global ecosystem where people with disabilities are not just included, but are recognized as the leaders, creators, innovators, and icons they truly are.

Our Mission: A New Standard for Equity

Inspired by the values of global movements like the Special Olympics, we are building a future where participation is not a privilege, but a standard for individuals with developmental disabilities. We are dedicated to bringing the ignored and forgotten talents currently left in the shadows—regardless of mental or physical status—into the light.
